• Assist in handling overall sales process including creation of customers’ information and booking, allocations of stocks, transfers of booking and also booking cancellation.
• Handling of Request for Insurance quotation for new and existing customers, issuance of insurance renewal and renewal reminders.
• Prepares daily Collection Report and Bank-in collection on daily basis.
• Prepares weekly report for Sales Booking, Issuance of insurance and insurance income, registration and invoiced vehicles.
• Management and control of Vehicle Sales Order to Sales Advisors.
• Compiling, recording and tracking of customers file.
• Registers and follow up with Banks and Finance company on loan application status.
• Prepares request for e-hakmilik, appointment for vehicle inspection with Puspakom and to ensure smooth coordination for vehicle registration process.
• Coordinates with customer for ownership transfer processeither by e-serahan (for individual-private) registration or arrangement of manual transfer at JPJ for foreigners and Company registration.
• To prepare Vehicle Delivery Order, Vehicle Sales Invoice and official receipt.
• To plan and carry out 5S activities within job scope and o kaizen for continuous improvement at workplace.
Requirements
• Possess at least Diploma in any discipline
• Good spoken & written in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Literate with Microsoft office especially Excel
• Work independently and willing to work long hours
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic, enthusiastic, independent & pro-active
