Responsibilities
To assist Executives in daily administrative related duties from Outlets
To process documents, invoice, reports, filing and key in data received from Outlets
To performs general clerical duties such as photocopying, fax and email
Collecting payment & invoicing from Outlets
Compiling data and update daily & monthly reports
Follow up back order parts with Outlets and Warehouse
Administration and ad hoc matter
Requirements
Diploma in Administrative or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year working experience
Pleasant personality, tactful, organized, multitask and good interpersonal skills
Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
Proactive with sense of urgency
Able to do other tasks given by superior
Able to work during over time or weekend (if required)
Can communicate effectively both orally and writing in a business environment
Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
