Responsibilities
- To prepare Payment Voucher of the invoices
- Key in payment data in the Excel
- To prepare payment summary
- Filing payment voucher and purchase order copy
- Assist in recruitment of manpower for Warehouse section
- Other ad-hoc task as required by the Management
Requirements
- Possess Diploma in any discipline
- Fresh graduate without working experience who interested are encourage to apply
- Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Committed to complete task within deadline and pro active in problem solving
- Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft office application
- Have basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
