• To implement the Perodua Service Management (PSM) system / standard at service outlets.
• Responsible to improve the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) through process improvement activity, service centre layout, corporate image, facility requirements and etc.
• To plan, support and implement PSM awareness, PSM standard and PSM related activities at service center.
• To conduct PSM audit at Service Centre, evaluation, maintenance audit, and also certification audit.
• Involve with other department on new development projects that require PSM inputs i.e System upgrading (VSS & DSS) and Facilities upgrading accordance to PSM standards.
• A degree in any of the Engineering background. An applicant with MBA is an advantage.
• Familiar with customer handling and hospitality management.
• Good communication and negotiation skill.
• Willing to travel and able to work with less supervision and as a team.
• Support service CSI activities.
• Promote Kaizen activities.
• Perform any other assignment as and when required.
• Excellent written and spoken in English.
