Responsibilities
To assist in preparing invoices upon completion of repairs and providing explanation of charges when required
Prepare and monitor Material Requisition Form (MRF), Payment Voucher (PV), Staff Claim etc
To liaise with HQ for service related matters including system i.e VSOS and PeopleSoft
To deal with insurance companies for outstanding payment and monitor their accounts
Checking and monitor daily collection
Prepared petty cash
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years working experience
Experienced in administration works is added advantage
Pleasant personality, tactful, organized, multitask and good interpersonal skills
Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
Proactive with sense of urgency
Willing to work longer hours and during weekend (if required)
Able to communicate effectively both orally and writing in a business environment
Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
