Responsibilities
Customer Retention - Data Analytics & Monthly Report
UFirst Membership program processing
Participate in ground activities e.g. engagement events & recruitment activities (Local & Outstation)
Redemption processing as per SOP, including database update & posting
The request & complaint from customer from all channel - to escalate as per SOP & target timeline
Ensures customer satisfaction and appropriate follow - through the SLA & SOP
To maintain god filing system for smooth data retrieval
Requirements
Strong computer knowledge i.e. Microsoft Excel, Words, Power point
Able to multi-task & to undertake any ad-hoc assignments assigned by management
Excellent communication skills (Malay & English)
Patient & independent
