• Track the budget of own area especially on updating inventories and monthly campaign.
• Ensure books and reference materials are updated in library system for easy tracking
• Create and execute work plans as appropriate to meet the changes in Business needs and requirements.
• Identify and manage resources needed for a good time management and upheld good CS with consultant and client.
• Manage daily operational to ensure it is successfully implemented with minimum complaints from visitors.
• Ensure all requests to develop contents and material are documented and completed, as well as being updated to all stakeholders in timely manner
• Manage the project cost for all hardware, software and related components.
• Manage the collaboration with consultant or clients effectively by providing Gant Chartt for each activities.
• Practise operations excellence through continuous improvement initiatives to improve operations efficiency and effectiveness within own activities and project in addition to achieving individual and departmental KRA
• Adhere to applicable PERODUA procedures and guidelines
Requirements
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Creative Contents.
• Minimum 2 years working in library management and/or content development / creatives
• Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements in term of contents, modules or media creatives
• Ability to strategically analyse business and knowledge requirement which are beneficial to the readers / clients and help drive the changes to achieve end results.
• Good understanding of operation and commercials of a resource centre
