Responsibilities

• To ensure effective Sales & After Sales support plan and monitoring.
• To provide monthly analysis and findings for Sales & After Sales support / situation.
• To support other adhock task towards department KRA/KPI
• To monitor & propose an improvement are on after sales system (Business Analysis System)
• Any other ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, engineering or equivalent.
• •A minimum of 2 years of working experiences in a related field
• •Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• •Good interpersonal and communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• •Team player with minimal supervision
• •Self motivated with high level of drive, energy, persistence and initiative
• •Strong communication and presentation skills
• •Well organized, able to handle multiple tasks at once
• •Willing to work with extra hours (if required)
