•Develop training modules based on needs and to conduct training in areas such as Sales, Customer Service, Self Management, Leadership and motivational program on monthly basis
•Facilitate and assist administration in Human Capital Development policies and procedures for the Company
•Plan and coordinate training initiatives to achieve Company’s Human Capital Development objectives
•Good in analytical skills
•Familiar with Training Need Analysis (TNA) and training related activities
•HRDF certified trainer
Requirements
•Degree in any related disciplines
•Minimum 5 years working experience as trainer preferably with experience in developing training modules
•Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and resourcefulness
•Proficient in English & BM, oral and written.
•Possess excellent presentation and coordination skills
•Able to work independently and under tight schedules
