Responsibilities
• Assisting Executive in the daily administrative works for the department
• Prepare & submit documents to the respective department i.e PIXE, payroll
• Assisting Executive to call & follow-up candidates
• Assisting for interview arrangement
• Prepare & distribute ID Card, Medical Book, Socso, LHDN etc
• Assisting Executive for the intake of Apprentice Program & PYTP
• Involve in the recruitment activities i.e career fairs
• Prepare payment voucher & keep up to date the documents needed
• Maintain filing system and documentation
Requirements
• Diploma in Business, Administration or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year working experience
• Pleasant personality, tactful, organized, multitasking and has good interpersonal skills
• Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
• Can communicate effectively both orally and writing in a business environment
• Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, oral as well as written
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook a must
