Responsibilities
Assist Service Centre Manager to monitor overall Service Centre activities and operations including manpower
Assist Service Centre Manager to meet financial target in terms of the monthly intakes, sales, gross profit, expenses and net profit
Estimate and to analyse development of Service Centre performance
To analyze data, operational reports and prepare action plan
Implement service policies and procedures
To ensure high quality of work – service and repair job
To ensure customer service is maintain at all time
Requirements
Degree in any related field. Preferably Degree in Engineering.
A minimum of 1 year working experience (fresh graduate are encouraged to apply)
Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
Highly committed and able to work in fast paced environment and meet tight schedules
Self-motivated, team player with strong sense of responsibility and confidentially
Ability to interact with people at all levels
Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia oral & written
Possess valid D license
Proficient in computer applications
People friendly
Willingness to relocate within all over Malaysia
