Responsibilities
- To assist Branch Manager in daily administrative matters
- To cooperate with the internal/external party to find the best solution
- Responsible in monitoring cost, manpower payment and claims processing
- To check and verify reports on cash, cheque and credit card collections and bank-in for sales
- Responsible to check booking file to ensure all related forms are required documents are available
- To liaise with HQ for sales related matters including system i.e VSOS and PeopleSoft
- To monitor debtors aging report, follow up for outstanding payment to supplier and disbursement from finance
Requirements
- • Bachelor degree in related field with a minimum of 2 years experience
- • Experienced in administration works is added advantage
- • Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
- • Multitasking and priorities assigned simultaneously
- • Able to work independently and under tight schedules
- • Good interpersonal skills, energetic, enthusiastic,
- independent & pro-active
- • Pleasant personality and able to communicate effectively with the customers and all levels of employees
- • Able to work in team and computer literate
