Responsibilities

• To assist Branch Manager in daily administrative matters
• To cooperate with the internal/external party to find the best solution
• Responsible in monitoring cost, manpower payment and claims processing
• To check and verify reports on cash, cheque and credit card collections and bank-in for sales
• Responsible to check booking file to ensure all related forms are required documents are available
• To liaise with HQ for sales related matters including system i.e VSOS and PeopleSoft
• To monitor debtors aging report, follow up for outstanding payment to supplier and disbursement from finance

Requirements

• • Bachelor degree in related field with a minimum of 2 years experience
• • Experienced in administration works is added advantage
• • Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
• • Multitasking and priorities assigned simultaneously
• • Able to work independently and under tight schedules
• • Good interpersonal skills, energetic, enthusiastic,
• independent & pro-active
• • Pleasant personality and able to communicate effectively with the customers and all levels of employees
• • Able to work in team and computer literate
