•Assist in formulating frameworks that support improvement made for the organization.
•Assist in identifying and evaluating business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.
•Assist in drafting job descriptions and role profiles which may include job responsibilities and tasks, accountabilities and matrices.
•Assist in analyzing HR data and propose ideal countermeasures to improve staff welfare and development
•Assists in drafting business proposals and finding measures to help colleagues in producing good business reports
•Works closely with the line managers to listen and address employee issues and concerns.
•Assisting Senior General Manager/Manager in providing regular updates to management on human resource issues and employee feedback.
•Assist in implementing organizational effectiveness interventions.
•Assist superior on the implementation of any organizational changes.
•Cooperate with team members in implementing and administering Human Capital matters and policies.
•Carry out other Human Capital related task as and when required by the management.
•Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
•Minimum 3 years of work experience in Human Resource Management, particularly in Compensation & Benefit and Organizational Development in large or medium size organizations.
•Excellent analytical ability to assist with the collation, analysis and reporting of statistical data.
•Excellent spoken and written skills in English and Business Writing coupled with strong inter personal and high-level presentation skills
•Well versed in Employment Act 1955.
•Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively organize to achieve specific goals and to spearhead and work effectively in team environments.
•Excellent skill in Microsoft Office.
