Conduct physical vehicle inspection (VAI) for all selected stocks prior to checking-into Service & B&P centres for refurbishment quotations & check against the Prominence System.
To plan and organize logistic to move stocks to Service and B&P centres for them to provide cost quotation for each vehicle.
Plan, follow-up and coordinate with Service & B&P centres to ensure refurbishment jobs are completed within the agreed standard completion lead time.
To update and monitor Lead Time Master file.
Conduct quality inspection of refurbished vehicles to ensure all jobs done are acceptable and meet our expectations and/or standards
To plan and organize all retail stocks at designated place within the stockyard. Also ensure proper recording of all stocks movement and safekeeping of all accessories and keys.
Plan, organize and coordinate all required interior detailing works for stocks that have completed refurbishment jobs.
Pre-Delivery Inspection prior delivery of vehicle to POV Retail Branch (Sales Outlet).
To conduct monthly stock count activity to ensure physical stocks versus stocks report are tally.
To implement and practice safety at work, 5S and Kaizen activities for continuous improvement on processes and SOPs.
Possess a Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Admin or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years related working experience.
Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skill.
Highly committed and able to work in fast paced environment and meet tight schedules.
Self-motivated, team player with strong sense of responsibility and confidentially.
Ability to interact with people at all levels.
Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written.
