Responsibilities

• • Provide advice on Company’s legal matters
• • Ensure company’s compliance of all statutes, regulations affecting the company’s business
• • Draft, peruse and provide comments on agreements
• • Attend to litigation, industrial relations and tribunal matters
• • Handle trademark and intellectual property matters

Requirements

• • Degree in Law
• • Admitted to the Malaysian Bar
• • Between 4 to 5 year(s) working experience as in-house legal counsel or practicing as advocates &
• solicitors in a legal firm specializing in corporate legal matters
• • Possess strong communication, interpersonal and advisory skills
• • Able to work in fast paced environment and meet deadlines
• • Ability to work independently and computer literate
