Responsibilities
Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally
Provide excellent customer service and maintain good rapport with customer
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
supporting and successfully implementing Customer Service (CS) activities
Coach and brief CS matters to service personnel periodically or as and when needed
A key person who implement and monitor CS activities or action plan at service centre
Requirements
Bachelor of Customer Service Management and related field with a minimum of 2 years experience
Pleasant personality, tactful, organized, multitask and good interpersonal skills
Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
Be proactive and assertive
Able to work during over time or weekend (if required)
Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
