Responsibilities
1. Coordinate & execute sourcing for new outlets/locations to meet user requirements for business operation
2. Negotiate & execute tenancy documentation – new tenancy agreements & to minimize risk of fraud
3. Negotiate initial rental payments & cost optimisation - to reduce cost
4. Improve, monitor & execute quality service performance to meet minimum customer feedback target ratings
5. Implement SOP, ISO 9001, Internal Audit to comply with organisational standards
6. Perform any other assignments relevant to the job OR any task that benefits the organisation in general
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Building Surveying / Property Management / Estate
2. 1 year’s working experience in Building and Facilities Management
3. Good knowledge and experience in Land Matters will be an added advantage
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
6. Good negotiation and analytical skills
7. Good time management with strong follow-through abilities
8. Team player with positive attitude, responsible, self-motivated with sense of urgency
9. Required skill : Microsoft Office
