Responsibilities
Perform document data control, analysis and systematic record keeping.
Compile, record, upload and maintain official procurement documents.
Prepare and issue official letters, forms and related documentation to internal departments and vendors.
Manage quotations, pricing data and filing via SharePoint and shared folders.
Support sourcing administrative activities and special assignments.
Assist in audit documentation preparation and compliance activities.
Carry out daily administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Operation, Actuarial Science, or other related field.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive attitude with problem solving skills and willingness to learn and adapt.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively.
Possess good numerical, analytical, problem-solving skill, focused and self motivated.
Good in report writing (English and Bahasa Malaysia).
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and MS Teams.
