Responsibilities

• 1. To supervising and improving production, support engineering teams, draw up safety protocols and develop strategies to improve safety, quality and productivity in achieving daily output targets efficiently
• 2. To ensure strict compliance to safety procedures and maintain high-quality standards across all operation
• 3. To be responsible for production line performance and promptly reporting any issues or disruptions
• 4. To provide training and on-the-job coaching to team members to enhance skills and productivity
• 5. To support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts
• 6. To prepare and submit daily production reports to management for review and analysis.

Requirements

• 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing / Mechatronic / Electrical / Operation/ Logistic/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent or any related field
• 2. Good communication, interpersonal skills with strong problem solving and analytical skills
• 3. Strong leadership, a team player and possess a good teamwork
• 4. Basic knowledge of production systems and machinery
• 5. Familiarity with safety and quality procedures to ensure compliance and operational excellence
• 6. Willingness to work in shifts and undertake overtime as required.
