Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive to monitor all activities in and out of inventory of spare parts at the service centre
• Record all inventory of spare parts at the service center
• Perform stock calculations in the middle and end of the year
• Receive and record receipt of spare parts stock from spare parts department and headquarters
• To help ensure quality services are provided to customers
• To ensure workshop area to high standard of housekeeping (5S and cleanliness)

Requirements

• Diploma in Automotive or equivalent
• Pleasant personality, tactful, organized, multitask and good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility. Knowledge on Automotive Spare Parts is added advantage
• Proactive with sense of urgency
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
