Responsibilities
1. To manage EV related customer complaints and issues
2. Act as contact person for EV case management, ensuring clear communication and proper follow-up
3. To coordinate closely with relevant departments to resolve cases effectively
4. Prepare reports, summarize and analysis of EV cases
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office
3. Strong communication (verbal & written), coordination and stakeholder management skills
4. Customer - centric mindset with a proactive approach
5. Problem - solving and conflict resolution abilities
6. Time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
7. Team collaboration and cross-functional working capability
